What we supply

  • VFDs (LV/MV): Scalar/Vector/Direct-Torque Control, closed-loop with encoders.
  • Soft starters: Voltage ramp/current limit, inside MCCs or standalone.

Standards & compliance

  • IEC 61800-2/5-1 (safety), IEC 61800-3 (EMC); UL 508C; STO/SLS per IEC 61800-5-2
  • Harmonics: design to IEEE 519 (12-pulse, AFE, passive/active filters)

Engineering options

  • dV/dt & sine filters, common-mode chokes (bearing protection)
  • Built-in STO, PROFIsafe/Fail-safe over EtherNet/IP (where applicable)
  • IP20/21/54/55; coated PCBs (IEC 60721 3C2/3C3); outdoor/HOA panels
  • BMS/PLC comms: Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Profibus, OPC UA
Applications: Pumps/fans (affinity laws), compressors, conveyors, mixers, cranes, centrifuges. RFQ checklist (VFD/SS): Motor data (kW, V, F, FLA), load type, required speed/torque range, enclosure/IP, harmonics limit, comms protocol, braking/regeneration, safety (STO), EMC class, ambient/altitude.
