Flagship grades & standards (examples)

  • Inconel® 625 – ASTM B443 (plate), B444/B705 (seamless/welded tube), B446 (bar)
  • Inconel® 718 (age hardening) – ASTM B637 (bar/forgings), B670 (plate)
  • Alloy 825 – ASTM B424 (plate), B423 (tube), B446 (bar)
  • Hastelloy® C-276 / C-22 – ASTM B575 (plate), B622/B619 (tube/pipe), B574 (bar)
  • Monel® 400 / K-500 – ASTM B127 (plate), B165 (tube), B164 (bar)
  • Haynes®/Alloy 188, 25 (L-605) – high-temp Co-base sheets/bars on request
  • Compliance: ASME Section II, NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 for sour service where applicable

Why it wins: Exceptional pitting/crevice resistance, chloride SCC resistance, and creep/fatigue strength at temperature. Ideal for seawater, acids, amines, and wet-H₂S.

Forms: Plate/sheet, tube/pipe (SMLS/WELD), fittings/flanges, bar/forgings, fasteners.
QA/Testing: PMI, ASTM G48 pitting, intergranular tests (ASTM G28), UT/RT, hardness & tensile, ferrite (where relevant).

RFQ checklist: Grade & spec (e.g., C-276 B575), corrosion environment, temperature/pressure, form & size, NACE/SCC requirements, NDE scope, documentation level (3.1/3.2).
